$350/night Xmas and New Year's weeks (4 nt minimum)
- 2 night minimum. A $250 deposit is required to hold the
reservation and will be refunded after the stay. - Cleaning fee of $100 will be added to your stay.
- Holiday rates are higher.
- Additional $20/night/pet.
